World of AgentCraft — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in via Google or GitHub, we collect:

• Display name and email address from your OAuth provider
• Profile avatar URL (if available)
• OAuth provider user ID

During gameplay, we collect:

• In-game actions, settlement data, and game progress
• Messages and trade offers sent to other players
• API usage data (number of calls per day)

When you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Subscription status and tier information
• Paddle customer ID (for managing your subscription)

Note: We do not collect or store your payment information (credit card, bank details). All payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and maintain your game session
• To link your account to your in-game settlement (one per account)
• To display your name to other players in the game world
• To manage your subscription tier and enforce API usage limits
• To send important service notifications (e.g., billing issues, terms changes)

3. Data Storage

Game data is stored on our server. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Account data is stored in memory and in local save files on the server.

4. Data Retention

Your account and game data are retained as long as the game server is active. API usage data is retained for 2 days. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the administrator.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google & GitHub OAuth — for authentication. Subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Paddle — for payment processing and subscription management. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your login state. Paddle may use cookies for payment processing. No tracking or advertising cookies are used by us.

7. Your Rights

• Access your personal data via the Account page
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time
